Sekda Wants ASN to Improve Service for Public

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah wants State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Jakarta Provincial Government to improve its service for public.

I am proud the public satisfaction percentage towards service is high enough

He informed, current public satisfaction percentage towards public service has reached 74 percent.

"I am proud the public satisfaction percentage towards service is high enough. I want all apparatus to work in accordance to regulations," he said, Tuesday (10/17).

13 Institutions Join Public Service Mall

He explained, due to City PNS and CPNS hard work, public satisfaction towards service can be enhanced. 

"Not only to be maintained, this achievement should be enhanced more," he expressed.

He added, Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to realize good governance and clean government.  

"I hope, public satisfaction towards our service is higher," he closed.
